The Proposal |  Stacy had only been waiting on this day for about 6 months at this point. James told her earlier in the day that he wanted to take her on a date that afternoon (which was odd). She remembers him making a big deal about her outfit, so she made sure it was on point. When they set out for their drive, She remembers him taking her down the craziest back roads to the middle of nowhere, she even asked if he was trying to kill her! (little did she know he was trying to marry her, lol!). They ended up going to Bok Tower Gardens. There they walked around a path where there were red roses laid out with words that described their relationship. Stacy picked up all the roses and followed a trail of pedals where at the end James got down on his knee and proposed, and Stacy accepted, with tear-filled eyes. It was an amazing day, that neither of them will soon forget. Afterwards, they went to a restaurant where their closest friends and family were waiting on them to celebrate.

The Dress |  Stacy had no idea what type of dress she wanted. She went with 7 of her girls to a few different dress boutiques, and ended up finding “the one” during a trunk show at CC’s Bridal Boutique.

The Venue |  James found Southern Hills Plantation Club on wedding wire and they immediately fell in love. It was that perfect combination of Southern and Classy, which very much suited them both!

The Wedding Day |  The ambiance of the wedding & reception, décor, special touches and moments…Stacy & James went for a vintage/victorian style. Stacy arrived via horse drawn carriage to the ceremony. The reception was very classy, the rooms were filled with candles which created a fabulous, warm ambiance. They had an amazing dessert bar for they guests, and an exciting send off at the end of the evening!
